Overview

  • The EDC Dispatcher operates systems to support and enhance security operations at the time. Systems include: Lenel, NCIC, 911, mass notification systems and other automated dispatch systems. 

Responsibilities

  • Track and record all incidents with a chronological listing of events. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays if needed. 
  • As a critical position will be required to report and remain available for emergency duty in expectation of a hurricane, other disaster, or declared emergency. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • One year of applicable dispatch experience. 
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start.
  • Other duties as assigned
