Responsibilities
- Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of OJP users.
- Design, plan and execute user & stakeholder research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities.
- Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user’s experience.
- Meeting coordination, facilitation and note talking
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience
- Substitute plus 7 years’ experience with no degree
- SAFe Agilist Certification within 90 days after start date
- Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Writing meets college Baccalaureate degree standards for English grammar, spelling, and composition
- Ability to prioritize and work on tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner
Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
