Inova Lorton Healthplex ED is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our teamSchedule: Full-time, Day Shift (7am - 7pm)Inova HealthPlex – Lorton is a full-service healthcare facility that combines the latest technology with a comprehensive array of services, including 24-hour emergency department, radiology and laboratory services.We have great benefits!- Sign-on and Relocation Bonus- Tuition Reimbursement- Loan Forgiveness Program- Clinical Advancement Ladder- InovaWell programs supporting mental and physical health and wellness- 401K with matching programJob Summary:- Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.- Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.- Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes- Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.Requirements:Requires a minimum of twelve months of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.- Strongly prefer 2 years plus of ED RN experience- BSN from an accredited school of nursing.- If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.- Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required- CEN/ACLS certification desired- Proficient in English.
