Director Corporate Risk

The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Director to lead Fidelity s High Risk Roles Program and to support various Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.

The Responsibilities of this Role

This role is part of the Corporate Risk and Enterprise Services Risk team.

\u00A0

In this role, you will:

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Lead the management of Fidelity s High Risk Roles Program, including the annual identification of associates subject to the program requirements, overseeing the facilitation of enhanced background reviews of these associates, and evaluation new and existing application access for program applicability

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Work closely with partners in Technology Risk in connection with the evaluation of new and existing applications

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Facilitate the High Risk Roles Steering Committee

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Manage a team of professionals who support the High Risk Roles Program

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Collaborate with colleagues from Risk, Background Investigations, Human Resources, Legal, and the Business

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Manage sensitive background-related issues with senior leaders across the organization

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Maintain Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Continuously enhance procedures to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the High Risk Roles Program

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Support various initiatives and projects related to the Enterprise Risk Management Program

The Expertise You Have

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Bachelor s or Advanced Degree

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical\u00A0skills, as well as superior attention to detail

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Excellent communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting high level issue summaries for Executive-level consumption

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Demonstrated excellence in data analysis and data aggregation

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Effective relationship building and influence skills

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Knowledge related to internal access provisioning a plus

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Archer experience a plus

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Desire to remain continually aware of the changing risk landscape and adapt and improve preventive and prescriptive analytics accordingly

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 8-10+ years of related work experience; Risk, Audit, and/or Compliance experience is a plus
