Your role at Clorox:
Starting Pay Rate: 27.36/hr + Shift Differential
The purpose of this position is to blend raw materials to supply the Wheeling dry and bottled process areas with work-in-process that meets all specifications in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to minimize costs and to comply with food safety guidelines.
In this role, you will:
Comply with all laboratory, general safety, and environmental guidelines.Perform all required raw material and product quality checks to ensure meeting specifications.Produce and changeover all products for the packaging lines to meet scheduled requirements.Complete all required process paperwork and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.Demonstrate value for and practices of GMP in the manufacture of product.Perform all required maintenance work.Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine operational and quality issues.Train other Blenders and provide feedback.Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management.Perform daily sanitation tasks as a part of the MSS.Perform routine daily lab procedures and testing.What we look for:
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentProven experience blending, mixing, or batching productsSuccessful completion of core competency training.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Exceptional multi-tasking skills.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.Completion of level appropriate skill blocks.Perform basic mathematical computations.
