Nesco Resource is collaborating with a leading medical management company to find skilled associates for third-party insurance follow-up roles. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply!

  • Treat employees, patients, and physicians with courtesy and professionalism, and refer issues as needed.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, fax, and mail, and maintain accounts using provided resources.
  • Update patient demographics and registration information accurately.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, identify yourself, and provide routine information.
  • Manage self-pay work queues, contact responsible parties, and update billing systems.
  • Process credit card payments over the phone and by mail, and generate and send receipts.
  • Ensure Medicaid eligibility is updated in the billing system quickly.
  • Report billing and payment cycle issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Alert the supervisor to any customer complaints right away.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of healthcare billing/reimbursement or collections experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Third-Party billing - Must Have
  • Thorough knowledge of third-party regulations, medical terminology, and proper completion of CMS (HCFA) 1500
