Purchasing Coordinator

Vaco is recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator in Northern Kentucky.

Responsibilities :

Oversees the vendors to manufacturing facility with shipping/receiving.

Determines inventory levels

Establishes and/or manages vendor relations.

Interacts with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors.

Negotiates pricing and shipping terms with suppliers.

Support projects, production, planning and vendors.

Qualification s:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation skills.

Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
