Director Food and Beverage Operations

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality, a strong background in restaurant and kitchen management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, and room service- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability- Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels- Supervise restaurant management, menu planning, and food quality standards- Oversee the implementation and execution of policies, operating procedures and training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules, and regulations for the restaurant staff- Lead budgeting processes and financial planning for the department- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Provide leadership and mentorship to the food and beverage teamExperienceRequired:- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or similar setting- Strong background in assistant manager or director roles- Four (4) years or more expertise in restaurant management, banquet operations, cash handling, and team managementNice-to-have:- ServSafe Certification- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for F&B operations
