Pediatric Hematology Oncology PhysicianPediatric Hematology Oncology Opportunityin Beautiful Southern Oregon!Asante is seeking a Full Time Pediatric Hematology Oncology physician to join our growing Pediatric Hematology Oncology team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Work is performed in a community outpatient Pediatric Hematology Oncology clinic located within the Pediatric Unit of Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, and in a Family Medicine clinic in a different location.POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of training in an ACGME accredited Pediatric Residency Program and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified from American Heart Association (upon hire or within six months of hire); Board Certified in Pediatric medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics, with board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
