This includes supporting proper metrics and criteria used to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to forecast staffing. Additional details: Responsible for set up, maintenance of employee\'s schedules, and time off allotments within Workforce Management (WFM) application. Maintains trending and business performance reporting to support the service metric analysis. Conducts intraday and post-performance root-cause analysis of performance to ensure achievement of Operational Service Levels and key performance indicators providing actionable recommendations to meet service goals. Formulates and provides summary of analysis and recommendations to management and business leaders to assist in resolving business issues of workload factors. Analyzes and adjusts short-term and intraday forecasts. Develop \"what-if\" scenarios to facilitate optimal staffing levels or for contract bidding as needed.
