At a glance, new hires at Parker Hannifin will receive:Starting pay is up to $36.90/hour depending on experience plus $2.00/hour shift differential$5000 sign-on bonusSunday night through Friday morning - 10:30PM - 7:00AMTraining on 1st shift (7:00AM-3:30PM) and then transition to 3rd shiftAt our Wadsworth location, we specialize in serving the industrial and oil and gas markets, producing high-quality rotary and rodless pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. Our dedicated machining team manufactures these components using a variety of materials, including ductile iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and specialized alloy materials for specific applications.We pride ourselves on our
high mix, low volume
product offerings, which are characterized by extensive customization options. This unique approach leads to routine program edits, ensuring that we meet our clients' specific needs.All operations are conducted in a
fully climate-controlled facility
that operates on
two shifts , allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesCNC Operation and SetupUtilize Secondary Machines
(crane, drill press, belt sander, press, etc.)Program Management : Load, edit, and save CNC programs using DNCLEAN Participation : Support and participate in all LEAN activities aimed at decreasing setup time and cycle time.Multi-Machine Operation
QualificationsEducational Background : High school diploma or equivalent.Machining Knowledge : Knowledge of machining processes and the ability to edit and create part programs.Blueprint Reading : Proficient, including basic geometric tolerancing.Inspection Techniques : Familiarity with inspection techniques, knowledge of CMM is a plus but not requiredMaterial Knowledge : Familiar with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.Physical Requirements :
Able to stand for prolonged periods.Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, intermittently lift up to 40 lbs, and utilize crane for larger weights.
