Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience.Okay with first time travelers.Schedule Information
5- 8 hour shifts, 0830-1700.No self-scheduling.Weekend Requirements: n/aHoliday Requirements: May need to cover holidays.Unit Specific Information
- Unit: Occupational Health Jerome- # of patients treated per day: 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day.- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.- What areas are they required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: See job requirements section.- EMR: EPIC- Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Manager- Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs: noAdditional Details
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs permitted, must not match color of other departments.List of colors available upon hire.How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Usually 2-3 days in the department.Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8's to accommodate the onboarding schedule.This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles.
