One of the Pacific Northwest's leading employers is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiting Manager to join their team in beautiful Bend, Oregon! This is an onsite role.
What You Get to Do!
Responsible for designing and executing effective sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding strategies to ensure talent needs are met to support world class customer service. In addition, oversees key HR programs including hiring processes, random drug testing and reasonable suspicion testing programs.
Team Leadership
• Oversee day-to-day recruiting operations and supervise recruiting team members
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for recruiting team
• Set clear team goals and support team in meeting or exceeding those goals
• Provide coaching to develop team's skills, leverage strengths, and motivate team to continue to improve and grow
Recruiting Strategy and Program Management
• Develop, direct and oversee a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support hiring managers at Stores, Headquarters and Prineville operations and increase the size and quality of applicant pools
• Design and scale recruiting support programs to meet growing and changing needs from Stores, Headquarters and Prineville supply chain operations
• Maintain an innovative recruitment marketing strategy that includes candidate sourcing approaches and programs, use of candidate relationship management tools, social media, content development and delivery, website presence and focused programs, such as employee referral programs
• Continuously monitor and identify improvements to the candidate experience, including the applicant tracking system, pre-hire assessments, hiring workflow and interview process
• Establish creative strategies to increase diversity of candidate pool
Hiring Program and Vendor Management
• Oversee and manage all programs and processes associated with the hiring process, including pre-employment background and drug screening processes, random drug screening and reasonable suspicion testing programs
• Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable to providing agreed upon service levels
Data Analytics and Compliance
• Track, analyze and report on applicant and hiring metrics (application counts, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Manage all associated budgets; provides reporting and analysis to understand programs and provide recommendations for updates and changes;
• Keep up to date on recruitment and hiring legislation and implement changes to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years management preferred
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification also preferred
• Extensive experience in building staffing functions and programs in a decentralized hiring model; strong process orientation; proven track record of sourcing talent
• Ability to develop creative solutions and drive organizational change; experience with large company-wide programs; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accommodate minimal travel
