We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap Right Talent Right Time Right Place Right Price and acting as a Career Coach to our consultants.Role: OIC Technical ArchitectWork Location: GREENSBORO,NC 27409 - HybridPosition Type :ContractJOB DESCRIPTION:11+ years experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, OICS etcWorking knowledge of Cloud Configuration5+ years of project management experienceProfessional Certificates: Cloud Certification, Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance, SCRUM AllianceNegotiating skills across project teams and vendors; coaches othersDemonstrated ability managing results, follow-through, managing schedule, resources, overcoming obstacles to achieve outcomesAbility to resolve team conflictsSkilled in matrix managementFamiliarity with business transformation and experience managing business objectives and requirements to technical solutionsAt least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementationsExperience with large, global, complex projects including Oracle Cloud Transformation is highly desirableExperience designing overall Oracle Cloud solution including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systemsWork with project managers to ensure accurate scoping timely delivery of projectsestimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk.Lead the translation of the client's business goals, objectives, and requirements into systems designReview and/or develop technical design documents to ensure completeness and feasibility with the overall ERP solutionReview and/or develop technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solutionFacilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirementsAssist with application configuration choices and decisionsDesign architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security and maintainability.Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilitiesUse technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovationsDefine solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessionsLead cross-functional, cross-technology solution design discussionsAct as a mentor to Leads and Analysts.Why work with us -
