Summary:
Responsible for assisting with all Material Movement in assigned areas.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience:
General knowledge of warehouse operations with at least 1yr of experienceAn understanding of basic mathematic functions6 months to 1 year forklift experience operating material handling equipment, such as Pallet Jacks and Stand-Up Reach ForkliftsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
It is preferred that individuals in this position have knowledge of plant layout, warehouse mapping, equipment applications, material requirements and good inventory control practices.Able to pass forklift certification trainig on-site.Demonstrate competency when using scales, compactors, shrink wrap and strapping machines, computers (both PC and RF) and other hand toolsIndividuals should exhibit strong organizational skillsPossess intermediate written and oral English communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities:
Must be knowledgeable of the part identification system, specialty codes and part revisionsComplies with all quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure best quality product outputStrives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce cost through continuous improvementMust be knowledgeable of and comply with the Company's policies and proceduresAdheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking along with the requirement of being a member of the Inventory department's ICE teamMaintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environmentFosters goodwill with all internal and external customersResponsible for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material movement throughout the facility (in both XA system and physically)Completes and maintains a variety of measurements, reports, records and documentationMust manage picking location inventory for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material (non-consignment and consignment report, cycle counting, etc.)Work overtime as requiredPerforms all other duties as assigned

Work Environment:
The environment is both office and manufacturing. The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature and the employee will be exposed to typical hazards of noise, flying debris, and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
