Job description
This is a key position that directly impacts the customer experience as well as the perception of the company, working directly with the Center Staff with the goal of reaching center operation success, delivering the highest level of service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act in good faith and in the best interests of the company
Direct all operational aspects of the Center, and properly manage Center Associates
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
Ensure high customer satisfaction by surveying customers and making adjustments to constantly improve the customer experience based on their feedback
Proactively create selling opportunities
Build & maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor students' progress and provide students and teachers with assistance in resolving any problems
Review and evaluate new and current classes offered in the center to determine their efficiency and effectiveness Initiate and coordinate center events
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
Perform general office duties, such as maintaining records management database systems, and filing company documents
Job Requirements
Excellent relationship building and management abilities
Excellent / Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on the quality of work
Can work in the early evening, and on weekend
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Bachelor Degree is required, Master/Doctoral Degree of USA universities is preferred
1-2 Years of related work experiences are preferred

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
