Together we are empowered to make an even greater impact on the health and well-being of our communities.ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Practice Provider - Structural Heart Cardiology:Our team is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in partnering with our Cardiology team and making a positive difference in the lives of the patients and families which we serve.QualificationsRequirements:Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DegreeSuccessful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organizationLicensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employmentDEA, NPI, and prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS
Pay Range$60.09 - $76.44 /hour
