SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
We have been engaged by a large, global company based in Atlanta as they seek to hire an experienced Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will have varied responsibilities that include: GAAP compliance, month end close, journal entries, consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls and driving process improvements.
The right candidate for this Senior Accountant opportunity will have:
Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or CMA designation preferred3+ years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of GAAP / GL AccountingAdvanced Excel proficiency (including INDEX MATCH, V/X LOOKUPS, etc)Experience working in a larger, complex company preferred.Strong communication and presentation skillsTrack record of career stability

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
