We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their innovative team.About Our Client

????Our client is a leading ISO 13485 certified manufacturer in the medical device industry. They are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in their state-of-the-art facility, producing critical components for the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities

????Ensure produced parts meet customer specifications and standardsPerform routine inspection activities using predetermined methods and proceduresConduct sample analysis and document quality activitiesRotate through different jobs and rooms during shiftsUse micrometers, calipers, and microscopes for precise measurementsCommunicate non-conformance findings with Shift Production SupervisorsIssue MRB's through ERP System for non-conforming productsComplete special projects as assignedQualifications

????High school diploma or GED1-3 years of inspection experienceProficiency with department equipment including computerized optical comparator, coordinate measuring machine, microscopes, and various measuring instrumentsKnowledge of Statistical Process Control, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and Blueprint ReadingFamiliarity with ISO 9000/13485 fundamentals (a plus)Ability to differentiate colors using samples and/or color chipsBasic shop math skills and ability to convert between English and Metric unitsBasic computer knowledge, particularly with Excel spreadsheetsShift Details

?Third shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday night - Friday morning$2.25 Shift PremiumCompensation & Benefits
