Maintain and improve existing technology, including analytics (pre- and post-trade), clearing & settlement, and compliance components.Architect the Future:
Design and build the next-generation trading system.Lead and Mentor:
Guide and support the technical team with code reviews, domain knowledge, and ownership. Foster a culture of learning and innovation.Hands-On Development:
Engage directly in coding to develop technical solutions and tackle complex problems.Quality Assurance:
Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.Areas of Expertise:Microsoft-Centric Development:
Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful services, etc.Data Management:
Experience with building complex SSIS and SSRS packages.Application Architecture:
Strong skills in application architecture and design.Full Stack Development:
