Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAPAvailable Shifts: 8 DPay Rate: $1739.28 - $2003.95
2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)o Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as neededo Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)o Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Requiredo Previous Rehab Experience - Requiredo Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.o CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferredo Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferredo This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.Profile Requirements:o Work Historyo Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 yearo 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)o License/Certifications - MUST be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)o BLS (AHA)
