Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one interventions, teaching social and daily living skills, communication skills and behavior intervention for children with autism in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session
Participate in training and clinical supervision
Work with and under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
Required: Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
Required: Valid drivers license and transportation
Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also required.
Working Environment:
Travel between clients homes will be required.
Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm
Pay Rate: up to $35 hourly.
