Purpose

Responsible for managing and leading a direct sells team of 6-10 sales executives across multiple branches. This team sells business technology solutions including copiers, multifunctional printers, print and document management software solutions and Production systems and workflow solutions through their assignments, relationship building, prospecting and cold calling.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving a sales team to execute on UBEO's strategyAttract, Hire, Retain TalentAssess, Coach and Develop talentLead by leveraging UBEO's core values and exceptional customer serviceSet clear expectations, manage activities, and exceed sales objectivesDevelop business plans and team's ongoing development to exceed plan targetsCollaborate and work closely with all functional teams to exceed customer expectationsBe knowledgeable and lead utilizing UBEO's sales processMaintain 100% manpower in all sales territoriesProvide comprehensive new hire onboarding and training to all sales reps with 30/60/90 plansConduct monthly performance reviews, business plans, accurate forecasts, and ride daysLeverage CRM Tool to plan, manage and forecast all opportunity managementStrong user of new technology including software, social media tools for networking, excel, laptop and other technology as appropriatePresenting and closing solutions offersManaging clients throughout the lifecycle of their contractsConduct Quarterly and Annual Customer ReviewsResponsible for growth and expansion in your territoryMeet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectationsPerforms other duties as assignedJob Related DimensionsSales leadership skillset (followship, leadership style, mindset)Strong leadership qualities and professionalismExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenBusiness to business sales experienceHighly motivated, competitive, results driven professionalImpeccable integrity and honestyStrong analytical and trouble-shooting skillsQualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.Minimum 4+ years of successful leading sales teams, prefer industry specific experience or hardware, IT, Software or Services sales experienceDemonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-set sales and activity quotas.Proven track record of developing and maintaining sales talent and client retentionSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods at times.Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.Must have a reliable form of transportation.Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.
