Support Engineer

with strong troubleshooting skills to assist our customers in resolving technical issues related to our software products. You will work closely with development and product teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to technical inquiries via email, chat, and phone.Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in real-time.Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve bugs and improve product quality.Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.Requirements2+ years of technical support experience.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux environments.Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).What We OfferCompetitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000.Fully remote position with flexibility.Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.How to Apply
