Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Meat and Cheese at a Glance....
The Senior Financial Analyst is an integral part of the Meats & Cheese FP&A team, providing key financial analysis and insights to the M+C Business Unit. The Meats + Cheese FP&A team will own the P&L for the BU, and will work collaboratively with their Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations counterparts to drive the business forward.
What's on the menu?Partner with the Marketing and Sales organizations to understand and forecast the unconstrained demand for our products, both from an internal P&L perspective as well as external consumption and market shareCollaborate with the Revenue Management organization on pricing and promotional strategies, and the financial and market share implications of such actionsAnalyze and measure the impact of supply constraints on our P&L and market share with the assistance of counterparts in OperationsAnalyze full P&L for the BU, including the performance of our operations organization on cost, productivity, attainment, etc.Assist with the calendar and agenda for key financial planning routines, including establishment and monitoring of KPIs for each of the BU's categoriesExecute reporting packages for results which provide useful insights while driving efficiency and standardization across the platformsLead the forecast submission process with the Central FP&A team - including market share and R&Os submissionsContinuously evaluate the BU FP&A routines and ways of working for potential process improvement and drive implementation and execution of such proposalsRecipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!
BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required2+ years of Finance related experienceAdvanced Excel skillsPrior finance, accounting, consulting, and/or FP&A experience preferredExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Tableau, Power BI, IRI, SAP, and/or Essbase Financial Reporting systems is a plus
