Pharmacy Technician

GA.Position Highlights:Full time opportunity
Emphasis on work-life balance | Monday-Friday 07:30AM - 04:30PMFull benefits to include medical, dental, and 401(k)10 Paid Federal holidays plus paid time offPosition Requirements:Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician programCertified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician within the past three yearsPosition Responsibilities:Perform pharmaceutical dispensing duties including filling new outpatient prescriptions, refilling prescriptions, and entering orders into databases.Provide new and refill prescriptions, support patient requests, support physician's requests, monitor for drug interactions, and report adverse drug reactions.Perform quality improvement duties including performing drug storage inspection, reviewing expired supplies, and producing error and workload reports and documentation.Placing new orders, stock shelves, and provide inventory maintenanCompany Overview:At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
