to join their growing team of 14 neurologists and seven advanced practice providers in Fargo, ND. The medical center is a Level I Trauma Center and Joint Commission Accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center. The department currently has two stroke neurologist in addition to faculty trained neurologists in the following areas:DementiaEpilepsyGeneral Neurology (outpatient)Movement DisordersMultiple Sclerosis/NeuroimmunologyNeuromuscular diseasesNeurohospitalistStrokePractice Details:Subspecialty fellowship training is preferred for subspecialtiesPredominately hospital practice with some clinic.
Stroke call shared with stroke neurologists.4 APPs to support the stroke serviceNeurohospitalist coverage for general neurology service.Work in collaboration with colleagues in neurosurgery, neuroradiology, neuropsychology, and physical medicine and rehabilitationObtain an academic appointment at University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences with an opportunity to collaborate with basic scientists and to educate medical students and residentsNeurology Residency with 3 residents per year.Serving 1 million patients over 200,000 square miles across ND and MN. Metro area population is 240,000Currently provide neurology subspecialties of neuromuscular disease, epilepsy, neuro-ophthalmology, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, headache, stroke, and sleepSponsor of H1B visa,
