DescriptionGrowing client located outside of the Germantown, WI area is looking to staff a hands on Controller with industrial or manufacturing experience. In this role, you will oversee and lead a finance department ensuring financial systems that are in place generate revenue and yield to compliance with US GAAP. In this Controller role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's financial health, enforcing a system of controls that minimize risks and accomplishes budget obligations. We are looking for a candidate who can drive cash generation, improve financial accounting systems, and provide management with the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.Major ResponsibilitiesReview and manage accounting operationsOversee the month end close processDevelop financial strategiesManage accounts receivable/payable transactionsPrepare financial statements and reportsAccount ReconciliationsBuild strong banking/insurance relationshipsInternal Control MonitoringAssist with internal/external audit preparationRegulatory ComplianceRequirementsThe ideal Controller will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.Other requirements for the Controller role include and are not limited to:10+ years experience in a Controller role or similarLarge ERP system experienceMS Dynamics 365 preferredFor more information on this Controller position and other full time accounting and finance opportunities, please contact me at Dan.Hartmann@
