Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44144 Job Summary The Customer Program Associate will support process and project management for all embedded banking client strategies and projects. The role requires strong planning and project/program management skills coupled with the ability to work cross functionally and across multiple lines of defense focused on delivering initiatives supporting activities for the Embedded Banking BD Tech team. The role will support the Customer Porgram Manager to drive multiple functions/workstreams/teams toward the successful on-time completion of identified key BD initiatives. The role will assist with project leadership, oversight and governance and will work successfully across all levels of the organization including project teams, sponsors, and steering committees. Foundational technology background in embedded payments, payfacs, iso, core treasury, merchant services is preferred. This role is directly tied to revenue goals by product and client. Responsibilities Develop, document and execute industry standard work flows across the project life cycle Facilitate ongoing project reviews and toll gate check points Provide cross functional and cross lines of defense support to critical Sales Process Governance efforts towards driving enhancements in the automation and execution of processes Proactively seek process improvements and foster an innovative culture, enhances processes and quicken speed to market. Collaborate across multiple venues of process optimization opportunities for a cohesive approach and delivery Use dashboards/reporting/communications to communicate project/program progress, hurdles, risks/issues and status Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience Qualifications 3+ years Project Management experience in a cross- functional project/program from initiation through to implementation for 6 months or longer (required) 3+ years Microsoft Project or other project management software tool - utilizing it in a multi-person program of 12 months or longer (required) 3+ years experience in Financial Services/Payments (required) 3+ years Working with technology or relevant experience (required) Tactical Skills Work Flow Management Project planning and management Program management Solid understanding of banking and embedded payments Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Personal Skills Critical Thinking Digital Awareness Collaboration Decision Making Practical Skills Business Acumen Analytical Thinking Data Analysis Digital Business Acumen Core Competencies All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key's Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $95,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performanc
