Comprehensive multidisciplinary care including Registered Dietitians, Behavioral Health Therapists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Exercise Physiologist.Individualized Care unique to each patient with lab evaluation and specific tailored goalsMeal replacement program for high protein, streamlined portion-controlled program to achieve desired weight loss goals.Addition of medications as needed to support the patients healthy habits and lifestyle changes to meet their health and wellness goals.Supportive, positive caring office environment to help patients overcome their boundaries.

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as well as Obesity Medicine through the American Board of Obesity MedicineA current PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required2 years' experience practicing Obesity Medicine preferred
