Financial Workforce Management Analyst

The Financial Workforce Management Analyst reports to the Director of HR Analytics and is responsible for overseeing Ecolab's global workforce, partner closely with HR and Finance team for the different businesses to evaluate business needs and create workforce plan and forecast to fit their need. This high visibility role provides a unique opportunity to drive meaningful discussion between HR and Finance teams as well as senior leadership. What You Will Do: Partner with global HR and Finance teams to understand the business needs and opportunities to deliver the workforce planning and labor cost analysis capabilities Lead planning, reporting, and forecasting processes for workforce and labor costs in a global manufacturing environment within a matrix organization Drive change management to act as a subject matter expert for Workforce Planning Solution and financial reporting by engaging with HR and Finance Communities for timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning Network with other customers, experts, and vendor resources to stay informed on industry/product trends for FP&A technologies for Workforce and Labor cost planning and analysis. Participate in planning, validation, and testing of new releases and service updates from any solution used for Workforce Planning Deliver standard reporting outputs, typically on a monthly basis Deliver ad-hoc reporting insights as needed to support HR, Finance (central planning team), as well as Executive leadership needs Design and implement training programs related to all FP&A technologies for Workforce and Labor costs, encompassing the entire company as well as making sure the cultural change management is in place for new processes and procedures related to the systems. Provide technical content as needed for education materials, communication and/or training sessions. Lead and work in significant detail when required to deliver on commitments Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 2 years of experience in an analytical role No immigration sponsorship available for this role Preferred Qualifications: Experience in workforce planning and/or workforce management Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data Ability to meet tight deadlines with focus on quality, results, and timely delivery Ability to work independently, effectively manage several competing priorities at a time, and flexible to changing priorities Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work with all levels of the organization Experience operating in a matrix environment taking work direction outside the main manager lines at times Ability to develop creative solutions and provide clarity of complex/abstract concepts #LI-Hybrid Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Click here to see our benefits.
