Service Manager - Home ServicesPosition Summary:
Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members with a commitment to our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.Essential Functions:Ensure compliance with product labels, licensing, recurring training requirements, and existing company policiesFoster and enforce a consistent culture of safety in line with our core valuesDrive commitments within your team to provide uncompromised customer serviceResolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionallyCreate and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales budgetsDaily oversight of expenditures that impact profitManage daily and monthly production goalsCreate a positive sales culture that facilitates the achievement of Service Center goalsAdhere to company pricing and sales guidelinesManage accounts receivable processProcess accounts payable invoices and checks for accuracyManage cash funds, company credit card(s), and expense reportsAssess and negotiate customer warranty claimsManage payroll and HR-required activitiesMaintain effective staffing levels by hiring for open positions and forecasting for future needsRegularly lead performance feedback and reviewsExplain & train on compliance, inspection, treatment, materials and sales proceduresConduct routine Check-ins of Team MembersMaintain records within company and government guidelines for Team Members, the Service Center, and customersManage and maintain fleet, equipment, and material inventoryConduct Monthly Truck InspectionsEnter vehicle maintenance into PestPac monthlyOther duties as requiredMaintain Service center needs from Cleanliness to CosmeticallyTroubleshoot Customer accountsManage Afterhours/Weekend calls as neededManage Service Employees DailyWork Closely With H.E's
Minimum Qualifications:Industry experience (preferred)Demonstrated leadership abilitiesEffective verbal and written communicationConflict resolutionEffectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other web-based portals)Proven track record in achieving sales resultsProven ability to multi-taskStrong organizational skillsBasic math skillsAbility to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification examsAble to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week,Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you workMeets company driving standardsHigh school degree or equivalency, college preferred
Physical Demands:The work environment and physical demands described below are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job.Constant mobility including walking, crawling, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, looking, probing, climbing, pushing, pulling, balancing, stretching and standing for long periodsClimbing into attics and crawling in crawlspacesDaily physical laborLifting up to 50lbsDriving of automatic vehicleWorking with Wild animals- Raccoons, Possums, Rats, Mice, Snakes, Bats, Flying Squirrels, Grey Squirrels, and More.
Environmental Factors:Work both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditionsMay withstand extreme conditions such as heat in an attic in Summer or chill of a crawlspace in WinterExposure to vegetation, dust, dirt, insects and animal remainsSome work in cramped spaces
