Flu vaccination will be required October throughApril. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by PhoenixChildren’s prior to starting.
Anyone notvaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratoryvirus season.Days and nights available - Shift will be decided during the interview. This assignment will float between ICUs
Experience2 years’ pediatric experience with a combination of CVICU NICU and PICU experience.Level III and IV ICU experience strongly preferred.Children’s hospital experience strongly preferred.Education Requirements:Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.BSN preferred.Certification/License/Registry Requirements:Current State of Arizona RNlicense or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or theability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.Current BLS certification forHealthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.Current PALS certification fromthe American Heart Association.DT-Trak Consulting Inc.
