Required QualificationsMust Have Skills/Experience:
2+ yearsEMR: EPIC
Active NH PT license or COMPACTActive BLS certification
Scrub Color: NA - can wear any color scrubs if you would like.
All OP PTs dress professional.
Must wear closed-toe and closed-side shoes.Any unacceptable attire: jeans, open toed shoes.Type of Patients on Unit: Ortho, Neuro, general deconditioning, balance deficits, pain
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient PT experience, EPIC EMR experience.Years of Experience: 2+ years with prior experience working in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred.
