This job manages school enrollment, admissions administration, marketing, and development activities for the medical degree program. Represents and participates in the enrollment and admission administration of prospective students, including travelling, virtual and in-person recruitment, and enrollment strategy management. Implements and delivers enrollment activities to drive student admissions from the identified strategic areas. Acts as an advisor and coordinates stakeholders and relevant activity including admissions information to advisors, school administration, students and families at local, regional, and national recruitment exhibitions, fairs, conferences, and related activities while also managing student relationships, recruitment, and technology-integrated processes.

Education
Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree or higher in business, sales, education, and/or healthcare.
Work Experience
Required - 5 years of enrollment or related experience with high school diploma;
OR
3 years of enrollment or related experience with bachelor's degree.
Preferred - 5 years of experience in graduate-level education enrollment or in a college or university admissions environment executing performance toward enrollment and admission strategies.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong knowledge of college or university enrollment and admissions processes and ability to execute performance toward enrollment and admission strategies.
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications ability to engage in efficient data entry, create and run reports, and perform recruiting statistics for program analysis.
Proficient in virtual meeting development and delivery and conference virtual presence management.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of positions and individuals and professionally work with people from all backgrounds.
Ability to travel across the United States for in-person events and work extended hours and weekends.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills and ability to be self-directed and exercise good judgement in managing complex and/or unexpected situations.
Ability to demonstrate a strong student-centered customer service focus in high volume environment.
Job Duties Represents and participates in promotion and recruiting activities to prospective students, educational institutions, advisors, recruiting agents, and other audiences in accordance with recruiting plans and strategies.
In tandem with relevant leadership and executives, coordinates decisions and strategies as they correlate to the enrollment and admissions strategic plan and high visibility enrollment and admission projects and assists to develop conversion strategy to maintain or increase student enrollment numbers.
Manages the escalation of high priority enrollment and admission risks mitigation and change management.
Engages prospective students using virtual, in-person, and off-campus recruitment events, graduate fairs, and social media and plans events for student conversion such as open house, online webinars, and program overviews.
Provides applicants with customized advice based on their goals and personal situation.
Stays abreast of trends, surveys, and movements in the field of student recruitment, advises leadership teams of emerging market trends, and assists in devising strategies to drive application numbers and/or assist in conversion and assists in the development of appropriate marketing materials, presentations, and publications for use at recruiting events and social media campaigns.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with educational institutions, advisor networks, recruiting agents, and prospective students, and alumni to further the interests of the medical school program and ensure that timely, appropriate service excellence is being provided.
Contributes to the development of reports and data analysis to executive leadership, analyzes application yield/success by market and provides assessment of each market's stability and prepares annual travel statistics that analyzes enrollment activity by market.
Liaises with oversight teams to ensure that all developments and activities are consistent with university and health system policies, procedures and priorities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
