We are seeking a
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to assist the Division Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers with the processing of Sales orders and upkeep of marketing material.
Summary:
Assist the Sales team in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Business to Business sales by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Answer all overflow calls for Sales Representatives when not available take customer orders and/or change orders as neededConfigures quotes for Sales Representatives during peak business time and during their travelCompiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for sales bulletins and memosUpkeep of information on website and digital option booksWorks with corporate team on photo shoots and renderingsUpdate marketing brochures with corporate printing and distribute to customer base
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and self-manage sufficientlyExtreme organizationSales support and customer service experience a plusConstruction knowledge preferredMay lead to an Opportunity to transition into Sales Representative position with travel, as requiredAble to multi-task with excellent communication skills
