As our Tax Manager, you will enable our vision through supporting our public company, multinational, tax programs.

Supporting both our domestic and international business units, this role will also be involved with new strategic initiatives and participate in resolving complex technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

(include but not limited to):

Manage the preparation, review and documentation of the Companys quarterly and annual worldwide tax provisions under ASC 740, including management of all domestic and foreign income tax related accounts and maintenance of SOX controlsManage the preparation of domestic federal and state income tax returns, (consolidated corporate and partnership) including proper application of foreign related rules affecting the U.S. federal tax returns, working with outsourced external tax preparersOversee estimates and extension calculations for three U.S. consolidated groupsResearch and evaluate complex accounting transactions and issues to ensure proper tax accounting treatment and disclosure, including M&A purchase accounting and equity compensation transactionsIdentify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures related to the tax accounting function, including software solutions and data managementCompile data and work with outside consultant on the preparation of transfer pricing calculations, ensuring proper documentation for intercompany services and other transactionsAssist the VP Tax in working with the worldwide finance teams to identify, analyze and implement programs or transactions to reduce the Companys taxes, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent global tax strategyManage U.S. federal and state tax examinationsAssist in tax due diligence and analysis related to potential acquisition targetsAssist in global restructuring and other strategic tax planning projects

Required Qualifications :Bachelors degree in accounting with Masters of Tax and/or CPA preferred5

10 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or industry (SEC registrant preferred) with medium/large multinational companySolid understanding of ASC 740 with 3+ years of strong experience managing tax provision projects in a medium/large, multinational companyExperience with Subpart F, GILTI, 163(j) and other international reporting rulesExperience with a legal entity structure consisting of multiple corporations, partnerships and disregarded entitiesPreferred Qualifications :Strong accounting, organization, analytical and communication skillsHigh-level of energy, enthusiasm, and desire to grow your careerStrong computer skills including MS Excel and Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks & projects to ensure timely completionSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAbout the Company:
