We are currently looking for a Full-time Swim Instructor at our (Insert Name of facility) in (Insert city/state). This position offers an hourly rate of $25, including the Benefits shown below. Benefits for the Swim Instructor:Health InsurancePTOTraining/Certifications provided and paid forUniforms/t-shirts/swim-wear ProvidedFull-time or Part-time hours: Hours: Sat-Sun from 10am to 6pm, Mon-Fri 2pm to 7pm
Swim Instructor Responsibilities: (Included, but not limited to)Conduct one-on-one or two-on-one swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levelsEvaluate and monitor swimmer progressBe energetic & make learning to swim fun, safe & enjoyableOffer constructive and empowering feedbackEnforce pool rules and safety protocolsCommunicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and goalsMaintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidentsCollaborate with other swim instructors and staff to enhance the overall programFoster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere during lessons
Qualifications for the Swim Instructor:Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to different learning stylesCurrent lifeguard and CPR certifications preferredPassion for promoting water safety and a love for teaching swimmingPrevious experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard (not required but preferred)Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning stylesEnthusiastic, patient, and passionate about promoting water safety
