We are looking for a motivated individual to create custom one-of-a-kind speaker solutions!
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe AutoCad tech / CNC programmer will be a member of our production team, working with Integrators, Product Managers, and Engineering team. This role will require not only design skills in CAD, but also a passion and an ability to work with internal and external teams. The work is exciting, fast-paced and involves communicating directly with our Inside Sales team and internal leadership to gather mechanical and performance requirements for the solution.
How You'll Do It- Create shop drawings for made-to-order products- Work with internal manufacturing team members and outside contractors to meet deadlines andfit/function requirement- Deliver completed mechanical designs to Fabrication team- Produce drawings in CNC production software for manufacturing
PM21Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications- Ability to tackle projects in sprints to maintain pace with our production schedule.- Ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.- Self-Starter with a whatever-it-takes mentality to meet deadlines and customer needs- Experience working with and communicating with customers and non-technical team members
Education & Experience Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent, or better- Proficiency with 1+ years' experience in 2D and 3D CAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD)- Investigative mind inclined toward developing practical solutions to real-world problems- Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment- Experience in customer service roles
