Delivering post-acute care as an LPNMonitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of patients and tracking their vital signsPerforming intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical historiesReviewing the medical records and charts of residentsProperly administering (and verifying) medicationsHelping to maintain appropriate levels of medical suppliesContributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residentsAssisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomiesHelping medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications And Skills
Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational programHigh school graduation, GED, or equivalentDegree from an approved LPN training program1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
