Job Details
Provide leadership guidance to professional staffEnsure provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services aligns with program goalsMentor and direct professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse ManagerFunction in a backup On-Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per yearCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality careUtilize effective communication and organizational skillsUphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance
Skills You Need
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or BS degree preferred
Minimum Five Years Of Hospice Nursing Experience
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Windows; New York State RN licensure required
