IntelyCare was founded by and for nurses to give their colleagues an alternative to the outdated and inflexible approach to nurse staffing. We built a company with nurse work-life balance at its core supported at every turn by a team dedicated to the success of our nurse professionals.

What would you do if you had a job where you could set your schedule and take off any day, week, or even month of your choosing? Maybe you prefer evening shifts so you can start the day with a refreshing bike ride along the Bay Circuit Trail? Or maybe youd like time off to pursue your education at Brockton Hospital School of Nursing? With IntelyCare you can do all that, and more, with a job that finally makes room for your life.
