The role of
SVP, Sales Growth and Productivity is critical to the success of the Citis Global Wealth at Work business. This role will be responsible for the ownership and management of several strategic programs and analyses related to the growth and design or our Wealth at Work Sales organization.The position will partner closely with all parts of Citi Global Wealth at Work including business heads, sales teams, business managers, product managers, and function owners. The role will report to the Wealth at Work COO.Our choice candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity, financial modeling, organizational design, building successful sales organizations, and who possesses an unrelenting customer obsession and a strong desire to make their mark on the organization.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders and Wealth Advisors across the Citi Wealth at Work businessPartner with Business and Group Heads to shape the strategic direction for our Sales organizationIdentify and build the business case for growth opportunities supported by quantitative and qualitative analysisOwn end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementationDrive efforts around Advisor productivity in partnership with Sales Heads, Marketing, Analytics, and other key stakeholdersEnable growth, scale, and capacity across our Sales teams through innovation including the introduction of tools, partnerships, and process enhancementsCreate and execute training and educational modules to drive consistency and excellence across all relationship management and support activitiesConstruct financial models and proposals used for making key business decisionsPartner with Sales Management to define and track a robust set of key performance indicatorsCollaborate with senior business leaders to create key management presentations for various audiencesSupport and influence internal strategic planning and business development activitiesKeep abreast of industry news and trends. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performanceExperience/Education:Bachelors Degree RequiredMBA or Advanced Degree Preferred10+ years of work experience. Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Strategy/Management Consulting, or FP&A experience preferredAdvanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is requiredCandidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisionsAbility to build relationships and partner across a complex organizationAbility to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projectsAbility to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of controlExcellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexityExceptional analytical skillsStrategic thinkerStrong attention to detailHighly organizedOwner of outcomesTeam player------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Business Strategy, Management & Administration

------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$176,720.00 - $265,080.00In addition to salary, Citis offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
