**Job Description:**

- Participate in surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedic and neuro cases.- Work a 4 x 10-hour schedule with required call duty every 4-5 weekends and 1 weeknight per week.- Adhere to performance expectations (Low/Mid/High performer) with a commitment to quality and safety standards.- Utilize EMR software (Cerner) effectively.- Provide coverage during holidays as required.- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic operating room environment.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
