This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locationsManage domestic and international travelManage expense report coordination and submissionOrganize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reportsWork closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organizationHelp to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the teamBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with executive level calendar managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
