Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team.As the team’s brand strategy touchstone, you’ll run point on various initiatives partnering closely with cross-functional teams on social media content, banner ads, copy, email, print, graphics, and more to bring an overarching engaging marketing strategy to life – all while ensuring both brand standards and project goals are met. Let’s start a conversation.RESPONSIBILITIESProduce graphics and copy for paid digital advertising, including social media ads, banner ads, and native adsContribute to the creative and artistic direction of digital projects, including social media, email, and web graphicsCreate digital deliverables for numerous clients, collaborating with the digital teamCollaborate intently with the creative team to ensure all designs meet both the agency and client standardsContribute to the creative process, including developing creative concepts and writing digital ad copy to designing social media graphicsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications, or related field2+ years of professional experience in digital design and copywritingB2C and B2B marketing strategies and campaign experienceProficiency in the Adobe Suite Programs, Canva, and other industry standard technologiesExceptional design aesthetic and typography skillsExperience creating graphics and layouts for social media posts, emails, and digital adsDeep understanding of all major social media networks, marketing strategies, and digital advertising designOrganized, flexible, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong digital-forward portfolio highlighting strengths in typography, design, and visual storytellingMinimum Required:
