Join the herd and unlock your opportunity. About the OpportunityCribl is expanding its Legal team to meet Cribl\'s rapidly growingneeds. As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you\'ll be part of ahigh-performing Commercial team. This role reports to the SeniorAssistant General Counsel, Commercial. What You\'ll Accomplish *Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS and softwarelicensing contracts, partnership, reseller and MSP contracts,distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendorcontracts; * Collaborate with and support the partner channel teams infacilitating and negotiating deals with partners; * Provide expertlegal advice and support to sales and other cross-functional teams onlegal issues, including problem solving with a focus on providingavailable options, discussing risks for options, and executing onoptions the client selects; * Use standardized contract review andrisk-assessment processes, including to document contracts andobligations, and use contract and matter management tools and software;* Coordinate with other internal Legal team members on cross-functionalissues, including privacy, security, compliance, and product teams, asneeded; and * All other responsibilities, duties, functions, andactivities as assigned. What You\'ll Bring * At least 10 years ofexperience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company orsimilar technical experience, including experience in drafting andreviewing contracts using a standardized review and risk-assessmentprocess; * Experience supporting and collaborating with sales andpartner channel teams in a technology company to achieve businessobjectives within the risk parameters established by the Legal team; *Demonstrated ability to coach and support the professional developmentof a team; * Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across manyinternal and external stakeholders and teams; * Experience with workingin a fast-paced, high-growth environment; * Experience with usingbusiness and legal operations systems such as Ironclad, SalesForce andXakia; * Comfort in a remote environment, self-motivated to workasynchronously and independently as the manager and team members sit indifferent time zones throughout the US and EMEA; * Ability to work witha sense of urgency, collaboratively in a team-focused environment; *Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including theabilities to write concisely and to communicate clearly andcross-functionally at all levels of the organization to supportbusiness-led decisions; * Excellent attention to detail; * A greatsense of humor and a customer service mindset; and * Juris Doctorateand relevant license to practice law in good standing. Salary Range(\$151,000 - \$216,000) The salary for this role is dependent ongeographic location.
