Executive Assistant
seeking to leverage strong administrative and communication skills to provide exceptional support to our headquarters team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. See what it takes below.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate persons or takes messages.Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration and presentation by executives.Attends meetings and records minutes.Greets visitors and determines whether they should see specific individuals.Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and then distributes to the appropriate individual.Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence.Makes travel arrangements for executives.Prepares agendas and schedule events, such as catering for luncheons and other meetings.Provides clerical support to other departments.Manages and maintains executives’ schedules.*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.REQUIREMENTSExperience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team membersSuperior time management and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use or create systems to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; eager to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience working in an Agile development environment is a plusAbility to work independently and in a team environmentNOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.
