Technical Project Manager

with experience supporting federal clients in delivering data-driven applications and systems. The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Specific responsibilities to include:Project Planning & Coordination: develop, manage, and oversee detailed project plans, including deadlines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional federal client teams, such as the Cybersecurity & Enterprise Architecture Division, Data and Reporting Division, Enterprise Risk Management Division, Financial and Human Capital Division, Operational Services Division, and Contracting to ensure projects align with the strategic goals of the operations team.Project Delivery: Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities as required, including creating Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospective.Strategic Consulting: provide expert consulting on strategic planning, project management methodologies, and the creation of high-level briefing materials for client and other senior leaders.Documentation and Reporting: regularly update strategic documents, project plans, and progress reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Quality Assurance and Compliance: ensure all projects meet organizational standards, and regulatory requirements, and are compliant with relevant federal and state laws. Monitor project outcomes to ensure they meet the defined quality criteria.Continuous Improvement: proactively seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and techniques. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Growth & Business Development: Participate in driving organic growth and improved client and stakeholder value. Support government RFI, RFP and white paper responses as feasible in helping the federal portfolio grow and expand.Minimum and Desired Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree Required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required, Agile SAFe certification preferred.Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience managing software development projects including three years of experience interfacing and presenting to project stakeholders and C-level executives.Minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting large federal and/or commercial enterprise client projects.Experience managing product delivery and/or cloud migration projects.Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverables.US citizen with the ability to secure a Tier 3 Public Trust security clearance.About Analytica:
