Effective verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of mental health issues of disadvantaged youthAbility to relate to disadvantaged young adults (16-24 years old) and develop rapport with students and staffAbility to make sound decisionsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulationsAbility to write reports, assessments, business correspondence, etc.Ability to effectively present information and to respond to questions from management, government representatives, and studentsStrong assessment skillsLicenses or Certificates:
